When you submit our intake form, we collect the information you provide directly: name, email, phone number, ZIP or postal code, investable-assets band (optional), preferred meeting mode, and any message you include. We do not collect this information through any other means on this site.

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule a conversation, and, if you become a client, to provide the services we agree to. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered directly to Adam Broughton - either to our internal email or through a configured third-party form-delivery service acting solely as our processor. That processor does not use your information for its own purposes.
Cookies & tracking
This site does not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we later add analytics, we will update this policy first and offer a way to opt out.
Data retention
We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and, if applicable, for as long as required by financial services recordkeeping regulations.
Your rights
